welcome, friend ||
Hello, beautiful soul! Whether it be by serendipitous luck or word of mouth you’ve arrived here at our little yoga home. Welcome! We’re here with open arms to any and all practioners of yoga whether they be completely new or competently adept. There’s something for everyone and I highly encourage you to go check out our schedule and class-level description pages to aid you if you are choosing a class on your own. We’d be more than happy to speak with you directly of course and guide you to a class we feel you will enjoy :]. Drop us an e-mail!
While you’re here, you can go check-in with any of our wonderful 15 teachers and see how their stories influence the yoga bug in our community! We’re a different type of yoga studio - we’re yoga for you as you are now. Whether you think yoga is too much for your body right now or are afraid of injury, let us know and we’ll be sure to find a class and teacher best suited to heal any anxieties and give you a place of peace and surrender for yourself. We love being involved in peoples’ journeys and we’re ready to meet you every step of the way, we offer a wide variety of classes:
- anahata (led by Director Barbara Schauer E-RYT1000)
- beginners yoga (with emphasis on building proper alignment through key poses)
- yin
- vinyasa
- restorative
- slow flow
- ashtanga
- Yoga Inbound
- Yoga Nidra
- men’s yoga
- teen yoga
- 50+ yoga
And we’re continuing to develop even more and open to any and all suggestions (we’re currently developing an acro class ;D tell your friends). Not only that, but we offer workshops from experts in the field and even have our lovely Athena who plans beautiful domestic and overseas yoga retreats! Her and a bunch of fellow yoga students will be off to Italy in October!
You can check back here for updates on the workshops coming up and also some series that we’ve got planned to blog about through the week also in the works. So many big plans, y’all! It’s crazy!! But it’s a good thing and we’re all so excited to share it with you as it unfolds.
So come on in when you have a spare moment and see the space, talk to one of our teachers, join our facebook group and see what people are saying about us. We’re completely here for you, so now you just have to get involved and be part of this wonderful group of people that come in to the studio.
